Havas is Hiring Brand Ambassadors for Summer Solstice Organic Wellness Shots in Los Angeles, CA

Times: Activation - 5:30 am – 8:30 pm (15 hours)
Virtual Training: June 18, 2026, 11:00 am PST (1 hour) (Must attend training via Teams)
Pay Rate: $34/hour (W-2)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing, and professional presence throughout the event
• Greet guests warmly and direct them through the activation space
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Support various event programming and scheduled activities throughout the day
• Reset and maintain activation areas to ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Replenish supplies and giveaways as needed
• Assist with guest check-in process
• Help manage guest flow, lines, and capacity throughout the activation
• Hand out unopened product samples to guests
• Assist guests in the recovery/lounge area
• Support workout instructors with beach workout setup and operational needs

• Must arrive on time and event-ready in approved attire
• Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods outdoors

· Branded T-shirt will be provided; BA’s are responsible for bringing their own bottoms and comfortable shoes
