About the Role
We’re hiring reliable, professional backstage operations staff to join our on-site backup team for a high-energy athletic sneaker brand activation. While this is not a customer-facing or Brand Ambassador role - you’ll be moving product, restocking supplies, and making sure the event stays running smoothly behind the scenes – you are still expected to remain professional and enthusiastic while communicating with peers, clients, and customers.
As a Backup Crew Member, you are scheduled to work a guaranteed shift and must be on-site, in uniform, and ready to work. If a core team member is absent, you will be activated to work the full event shift. This is not an on-call role—you are actively scheduled and must be available for extended hours if needed.

Rotating Roles
IMPORTANT: You’ll rotate through multiple positions during your shift
You’ll be trained to step into any backstage role:
- Loaders – Load shoe boxes into bins
- Carton Prep / Backstock – Open, sort, and organize inventory
- Runners – Transport product between zones
Responsibilities
- Unpack and organize inventory using provided tools
- Sort and stage product by size/style
- Restock floor inventory as needed
- Lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs.)
- Assist with setup and breakdown
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Work indoors and outdoors (sun/heat exposure possible)
- Follow safety protocols and team lead instructions
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (reasonable accommodations available)
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for 8+ hours
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments
