Brand Ambassador & Team Lead Wanted | VIP Premium Spirits Brand | Solvang, CA

Havas Street is seeking energetic, professional, and outgoing Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting premium sampling program for a leading spirits brand in Solvang, CA from 9/22 - 9/24!

We're building a reliable team for a series of on- and off-premise activations taking place throughout the year. If you enjoy engaging with consumers, creating memorable brand experiences, and working dynamic event environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Event Schedule 

• September 22, Tuesday | TBA - Between 7:45am – 6:00pm
• September 23, Wednesday | TBA - Between 7:45am – 6:00pm
• September 24, Thursday| TBA - Between 7:45am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities 

• Represent a premium spirits portfolio at consumer sampling events. 
• Deliver an engaging, welcoming, and memorable brand experience. 
• Educate consumers and increase product awareness through meaningful interactions. 
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown. 
• Support seamless event operations at both on-premise and off-premise activations. 

Qualifications 

Team Leads 

• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting event materials. 
• Availability for all assigned event dates. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee onsite execution and support event staff. 
• Previous event, promotional, or experiential marketing leadership experience preferred. 

Brand Ambassadors 

• Reliable transportation. 
• Comfortable assisting with event setup, consumer engagement, and event support. 
• Promotional marketing, sampling, or brand ambassador experience is preferred but not required. 
• Friendly, dependable, professional, and confident interacting with consumers. 

Additional Requirements 

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• MUST be RBS Certified! 
• Must possess any required certifications or permits, if applicable. 
• Ability to lift and transport event materials up to 30 lbs. 
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules. 
• Access to personal sampling equipment (such as a folding table, black tablecloth, and unbranded ice bucket) is a plus.
