Energetic Brand Ambassadors Wanted | Premium Sneaker Brand in Boston

We’re hiring polished, energetic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium running shoe brand at a high-energy marathon from April 15 - April 20. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll engage directly with guests, share brand messaging, assist with line queues, and support purchases. You must be ready to jump in wherever and whenever needed.

Pay Rate: $34/hour

The schedule varies due to multiple roles, with different start and end times across the event dates. The earliest shifts begin at 7:00 AM, and the latest end time is approximately 10:30 PM. Please see the overall activation schedule below for reference: 

Mandatory Virtual Training:

  • Wednesday 4/15: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Activation Dates: April 16–20, 2026

  • Thursday, 4/16: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Friday, 4/17: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday, 4/18: 7:00 AM – 10:30 PM
  • Sunday, 4/19: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Monday, 4/20: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

If staffed, you will be placed in varying shifts each day; this is decided by our team upon interviewing based on open slots.

What You’ll Be Doing (Must be comfortable doing all): 

  • Managing inventory, main POC interacting with guests in the self-service space
  • Managing queue lines
  • Supporting gurus and helping pull shoes for guests
  • Maintaining the area clean and placing shoes back 
  • General directional, sharing talking points, sharing details about the space and different stations, answering questions
  • Checking in guests & placing wristbands on
  • Help manage food and beverage flow & check for wristbands
  • Signing people up for platform
  • Additional duties as required


Requirements: 

• Are dependable, punctual, and thrive in fast-paced settings 

•  Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for 8+ hours 

• Have strong people skills and enjoy engaging with the public/large groups

• Work well on a team and adapt quickly when plans shift 

• Bring a high level of professionalism and brand energy to every shift 

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available) 

Dress Code: 

• Event-branded top provided on-site 

• Bottoms not provided! Clean, professional blue jeans (no rips/holes), black slacks, khakis, or golf pants (no shorter than 3” above the knee) required

• Closed-toe, non-competitor sneakers (must be supportive and appropriate for heavy movement) 

• Bring an extra shirt if leaving the footprint during breaks

  • Professional Standards: You are required to wear the correct uniform, arrive on time, use only approved talking points, and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
  • Company Discretion: If expectations are not met, you may be sent home or released from the assignment at the Company’s discretion. Any remaining scheduled time will be unpaid.
  • Authorized Messaging: You may not speak on behalf of Havas Street or client beyond the talking points provided for this activation. The Company’s decision on these matters is final.

Footwear & Product Distribution

Distribution of Brooks footwear is not guaranteed and is not part of your compensation for this assignment. Shoe sizes are collected only as a courtesy should extra product become available. Receipt of any product is not promised or included in your assignment terms.

Meal and Rest Periods

Meal periods are unpaid, and rest breaks must be taken as directed unless otherwise required by law. During unpaid meal periods, and paid rest breaks you must be fully relieved of all duties.
