Role Overview
The Field Marketing Associate (FMA) represents our client’s internationally recognized beer portfolio across an assigned territory of approximately 60–80 on-premise accounts in the greater Houston market.
This role is entirely in-market and field-based, requiring frequent in-person account calls and on-site execution. This is not a virtual or remote position.
The FMA is marketing-forward with a strong sales mindset, driving sampling, trial, brand visibility, and consumer pull to complement the local sales team’s market push. The FMA will leverage key relationships, local insights, and customized planning to increase brand presence and contribute to measurable sales growth for priority brands.
