Full Time City Manager - Central Texas

Havas Street is hiring a Full-Time City Manager to represent a spirits/liquor brand in Central Texas.

Market: Central Texas (Austin, TX to San Antonio, TX)

Program Dates: March 2, 2026 - January 1, 2027

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $1,250-$1,300 per week (W-2, before taxes)

Training: Paid (online + in-person) 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of local sampling events and activations

• Oversee event execution, staffing, and logistics to ensure brand standards are met

• Manage local storage unit, inventory, and program materials

• Support and attend events regularly to ensure quality, compliance, and strong consumer engagement

• Track budgets, manage team credit cards, and submit monthly expense reporting

• Handle weekly payroll reporting and support the BA team with payroll/benefits questions

• Distribute and transport assets to events, storage, and team members

• Capture event recaps, photos, and insights, and provide market-based recommendations

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Brand Ambassadors and the logistics team

• Coach team members on performance, talking points, and sampling best practices

• Partner with the Regional Manager on team development and performance management

Client & Account Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the local sales team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, retailers, and consumers

• Ensure clear, timely communication across all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ and TABC certified

• Must be based in Austin or San Antonio, TX (local candidates only)

• At least 1 year of management experience in the spirits, beer, or related industry

• Strong background in event marketing, promotions, or field activation preferred

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record required

• Comfortable with frequent driving and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
