Join the Havas Experiential team for an exciting wellness-focused activation supporting Summer Solstice Organic Wellness Shots. We are seeking experienced, reliable, and highly organized Field Managers to oversee event logistics, transportation, and onsite operations for a premium consumer experience in the Los Angeles market.

Event Date: 6/21: 5:30am-8:30pm (15 hours)

Position Overview:

As a Field Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful execution of the activation. This position is responsible for product and asset transportation, event setup and breakdown, onsite team management, and maintaining a seamless guest experience throughout the program.


Key Responsibilities:


June 20 – Logistics & Asset Transport

• Drive a refrigerated vehicle (high-roof refrigerated cargo van or 14' refrigerated box truck) to Oceanside to pick up approximately four pallets of product, OR

• Drive a pickup truck to Oceanside to retrieve and tow a branded camper

• Transport all program assets safely to the Havas office in El Segundo


June 21 – Event Execution

• Transport product or camper from El Segundo to the event site in Santa Monica

• Lead all event setup and breakdown operations

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for event logistics and execution

• Supervise Brand Ambassadors and manage break schedules throughout the day

• Ensure activation areas remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed

• Assist with product sampling and guest engagement initiatives

• Support activation programming, workout instructors, and operational needs throughout the event

• Maintain clear communication with Havas leadership and provide real-time updates as needed

• Proactively identify and resolve onsite challenges to ensure flawless execution


What We're Looking For:


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable operating larger vehicles, including refrigerated cargo vans, box trucks, pickup trucks, and towing a camper (if applicable)

• Proven experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, or field operations preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Professional demeanor with a positive, guest-focused attitude

• Ability to work outdoors and remain active for extended periods

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment
