Havas Street is seeking an experienced Team Lead and an engaging Brand Ambassador to represent a premium coffee brand at a high-profile hotel conference event. This is an exciting opportunity to create memorable guest experiences while serving premium iced coffee in a professional corporate environment.
Position Overview
Team Lead
We are looking for a proactive leader who can effectively manage event operations, communicate clearly, delegate responsibilities, and lead by example to ensure a seamless activation.
Brand Ambassador
The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, and customer-focused, with a passion for creating positive brand experiences. You'll engage attendees, communicate key brand messaging, and contribute to an elevated event atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coffee service, barista, conference, or special event experience is highly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to educate consumers about premium products and provide engaging demonstrations
- Polished and professional presentation

Event Schedule
Monday, June 29
1 Team Lead & 1 Brand Ambassador
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday, June 30
Brand Ambassador: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Team Lead: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
Compensation
Brand Ambassador: $34/hour
Team Lead: $36/hour
Paid Training
Brand training materials and activation guide provided
Virtual Zoom training session to ensure event readiness
Responsibilities- All Staff
- Represent the brand professionally and communicate key messaging
- Create an engaging and energetic atmosphere within a corporate event setting
- Assist with setup, preparation, and service of iced coffee beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and premium presentation area
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions and customer service
Team Lead Additional Responsibilities
- Complete daily recap reports and event photos
- Receive and manage event supplies shipped to your home
- Transport supplies to the event venue
- Coordinate return shipment of materials to headquarters following the event
