Havas Street is Seeking a Full-Time Field Manager for a Leading Adult Beverage Brand

Havas Street is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Manager to oversee the sales and operations for a renowned adult beverage brand across South Texas. In this role, the Field Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, ensuring revenue targets are met, and driving profitability for the brand. 

Position Details 

  • Location: Will oversee South Texas zone; must be based in Austin, San Antonio, or Houston 
  • Compensation: $1200-$1300 per week, based on experience | W2 Employee 
  • Additional Benefits: Mileage, phone, and internet stipends 
  • Work Schedule: Flexible, with varying hours each week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the successful execution of sampling events to meet sales and promotional objectives. 
  • Manage and staff all sampling events, including recruiting, training, and supporting Brand Ambassadors. 
  • Supervise a team of 20-30 local Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and prepared for each event. 
  • Oversee local storage units for event assets, including staff uniforms, giveaways, and promotional materials. 
  • Complete program reports, including event recaps, photos, and key performance data. 
  • Manage team credit cards and local budget; submit monthly reports including of all market product spends and other local expenses. 
  • Handle the day-to-day operations of the sampling program, acting as the primary point of contact for both the team and event locations. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local sales teams, distributors, and key accounts. 
  • Provide weekly updates to the Regional Manager, tracking market goals and progress. 
  • Conduct spot checks at events and step in as a Brand Ambassador when needed. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in field event marketing, with a proven track record in program and staff management. 
  • At least 2 years of experience working with an adult beverage client, including both on- and off-premise executions. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the designated market territory. 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and respect from staff and clients. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges. 
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. 
  • Proficiency with Excel is a plus. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. 
  • Reliable vehicle required. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Employment is contingent on a successful criminal background check and motor vehicle report. 
  • Strong people management skills, including recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring. The ability to balance independent judgment with collaboration, drive, and influence.
