Havas Street is looking to hire HIGH ENERY, ENGAGING, Proactive Team Leads to work an ongoing program representing a major cellular provider!
Locations:
NJ Market/Northern NJ || Passaic, Clifton, Paterson, Elizabeth, Linden, Newark, Palisades Park
Team Lead Pay Rates: $33/hr
- PAID 15min for recap after each event.
- PAID $28hr Travel time | Storage unit-->Event--->Back to storage
- PAID Mileage $0.70. | Storage unit-->Event--->Back to storage
Activation Dates:
Program starts March 2026 - Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 4hr retail demo shifts
- Engage with the public, promote the brand, and direct consumers to the store
- Check back in with the store at the 90-minute, 180-minute, and 30-minute marks to track metrics
- Maintain a professional and engaging brand presence throughout the shift
- Transport, Setup & Tear down assets
- Provide recap/metrics after each event. Including photos!
Requirements:

Prior brand ambassador or guerrilla marketing leadership experience preferred
- Own or have access to transportation with the capability of transporting assets. SUV, Car that back seats can fold down, or hatchback
- Able to be on your feet for several hours and lift marketing materials
- Experience with Setup & Tear down of event assets.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging
- Create fun energy within event environment
- Provide memorable consumer interactions
- Encourage trial and drive sales
- Answer consumer question
