Havas Street is seeking outgoing, energetic, and reliable Brand Ambassadors and Lead Brand Ambassadors to represent a wireless carrier at upcoming retail and community activations throughout Tampa, FL, and surrounding areas!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with consumers, creating memorable brand experiences, and promoting products and services in a fun, interactive environment.

Event Details

Locations: Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin, Brandon, Sarasota, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, and Plant City, FL

Activation Dates:

• October 30
• November 1, 17, 28 & 29
• December 5, 6, 8, 18, 19 & 20

Event Hours: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rates:

• Brand Ambassador: $28/HR
• Lead Brand Ambassador: $33/HR

Training: 1-hour paid virtual training required once onboarding is completed.

Additional event opportunities may become available as dates are confirmed.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent a wireless carrier in a professional, enthusiastic, and engaging manner.
• Educate consumers on brand messaging, products, and services.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and interactive event environment.
• Engage with attendees and encourage consumer participation.
• Distribute promotional items and marketing materials.
• Answer consumer questions and encourage product interest and sales.
• Complete event reporting, including data collection and photo documentation.

Lead Brand Ambassador – Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating event setup and breakdown.
• Provide on-site support to ensure successful activations.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to pick up event assets from a storage unit in Tampa, transport them to event locations, and return them as required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable approaching consumers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous brand ambassador, promotional marketing, retail, or event experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel to assigned activation locations.

Uniform Requirements

• Branded T-shirt provided.
• Black pants, black jeans, or black shorts/skirt of appropriate length (just above the knee).
• Black sneakers or comfortable black shoes.
