Havas Street is looking for a HIGH-ENERGY, ENGAGING Team Lead to represent a well-known athletic footwear brand at a VIP shoe activation in Fort Worth, TX!
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Activation Date: September 12, 2026
Hours: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $32/hr
Staff Needed: 1 Team Lead
Virtual Paid Training: TBD
ABOUT THE ACTIVATION
This activation will focus on brand education, product demonstration, consumer engagement, and driving sales while creating a fun and memorable experience for consumers.
The Team Lead will be responsible for confidently representing the brand, engaging with consumers, communicating key messaging, and helping ensure the activation runs smoothly from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the onsite Team Lead and primary point of contact for the activation
- Lead and support event staff throughout the activation
- Follow all event SOPs, compliance guidelines, and program requirements
- Communicate approved brand messaging and product information to consumers
- Engage with consumers and facilitate product education
- Support consumer product trials and sales conversations
- Answer consumer questions related to the products and activation
- Help maintain an organized activation area
- Capture required event photos and reporting
- Communicate any onsite questions or issues to the appropriate team
- Complete all required post-event reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Team Lead, event lead, Brand Ambassador, retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with consumers
- Able to learn and communicate product information and approved brand messaging
- Able to work independently and manage onsite responsibilities
- Reliable transportation to and from the activation
- Must be willing to travel to the Fort Worth location; no mileage reimbursement is offered
- Able to stand for the duration of the activation
- Must be able to follow the provided dress code and uniform requirements
- Experience with footwear, athletic, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience leading events, working in retail/sales, representing shoe or athletic brands, or managing consumer-facing activations.
