Havas Street is hiring Part-Time Logistics Support staff to support our Field Marketing Sampling Team for an exciting, ongoing program with a leading spirits brand.
We’re looking for reliable, organized, and hands-on individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to support event logistics, manage inventory, and help bring memorable brand experiences to life across the market.
Market: Connecticut – Norwalk, CT
Program Dates: ASAP
Hours: Flexible, based on program needs
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Paid Training: Virtual and in-person training provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the City Manager to support market activity and weekly logistical needs
- Manage inventory at designated storage facilities, including receiving deliveries, organizing product, maintaining accurate inventory, and breaking down boxes
- Assemble kits and coordinate the distribution of event materials and assets
- Support logistics for both On-Premise and Off-Premise activations
- Organize, deliver, and place permanent and temporary POS materials at accounts
- Help ensure consistent execution of the brand strategy across designated accounts and events
- Maintain event safety standards, including sanitization and required signage
- Support event execution on an ongoing basis, including working promotional events when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage and inventory area
Requirements
- Must be local to Norwalk, CT
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving daily throughout the market
- Ability to lift, load, unload, and move product/materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible and willing to support promotional events as needed
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Business casual attire required for events and trainings; no specific uniform provided
