Havas Street is hiring an energetic, outgoing Team Lead for an exciting premium sampling program supporting a major beer brand in Killeen, TX.

Event Schedule
- Friday May 1 | 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Training
2 hours on Zoom
Monday 4/27 or Wednesday 4/29
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM CST
Paid at $34/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing a leading beer portfolio at sampling events
- Brand education and communicating key messaging
- Creating fun energy within the event environment
- Sample distribution in accordance with state legalities
- Consumer engagement activity
- Distributing premiums
- Providing memorable consumer interactions
- Encouraging trial and driving sales
- Reporting, including data and photo capture
- Answering consumer questions
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Leading smooth event execution onsite
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21+
- Must have TABC certification
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transporting event materials
- Must be available for all scheduled dates assigned
- Comfortable leading onsite execution and supporting the team
- Sampling or promotional experience is a plus
- Friendly, dependable, polished, and confident speaking with consumers
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and transport materials up to event standard requirements
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
- Having your own sampling supplies is a plus, including a table, black tablecloth, and unbranded ice bucket
- Uniform Requirements: Branded tee provided. Staff must wear their own nice jeans and clean white or other neutral-colored athletic shoes
Travel Incentive
Up to $100 travel incentive, depending on where you are coming from
