About the Role
We’re hiring energetic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent major national brands at live events, retail activations, races, festivals, and community experiences. This is a great fit for students interested in marketing, events, communications, or experiential promotions who want hands-on experience working with real clients and live audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Represent brands in a friendly, professional, high-energy way
• Engage attendees, share product info, and create memorable experiences
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining organized activation spaces
• Capture event photos and complete short post-event reports
• Follow client guidelines and event compliance standards
Who You Are
• Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable talking to new people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift light event materials
• Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured instructions
• Interested in marketing, events, promotions, or brand experiences
Scheduling & Pay
• Flexible scheduling - This is a Part Time position
• Weekend and evening opportunities - Majority of events take place Friday through Sunday
• Competitive hourly pay (varies by program and location, typically $28+/hr)
Requirements
• Minimum age requirements vary by client program and event type (Must be at least 18+ to apply)
• Some programs require team members to be 21+ due to client guidelines and regulated product environments
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred for local event travel
• Willingness to work outdoors and in fast-paced environments
