Havas Street is excited to bring on a Team Lead and Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium coffee portfolio at an upscale corporate event in Tucson, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, connect with attendees, and deliver an elevated brand experience at a high-end national meeting.
Loews Hotel & Co National Meeting
Pay Rate: TL: $36 + BA: 34 per hour (W-2, before taxes)
Event Schedule:
Monday 2/23
Time: 2:30PM - 6:30PM (4-hour duration including arrival, setup/prepare, and breakdown* )
Location: Tucson, AZ 85750
1 Team Lead
Tuesday 2/24
Time: 7:00AM - 6:30PM
BARISTA ARRIVAL: 7:00AM
EVENT START TIME: 8:00AM (breakfast scheduled first)
EVENT END TIME: 6:00PM
BREAKDOWN TIME: 6:00-6:30PM
* 11.5-hour duration including arrival, setup/prepare, and serve. Also, the Partner Expo breakdown with team/and prep the coffee station reset for the next day’s breakfast*
2 (Team Lead + BA)
Wednesday 2/25
( The hours may change or we may not participate in this particular day )
Barista Arrival: 7:30AM
Event Start Time: 8:00 AM (Breakfast begins)
Event End Time: 10:00 AM
Breakdown: 10:00AM - 11:00AM
* 3.5-hour duration , including arrival, setup/prepare, and breakdown, boxed up all machines and materials to be returned and shipped back accordingly*
2 (Team Lead + BA)
Paid training:
Brand training – via Zoom. Time and date to be determined
Uniform:
Khaki pants and white collar shirt
Skills/Certifications Required/Desired:
• Food Handlers
• Preferred with Barista or bartending experience
Responsibilities:
• Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging
• Create fun energy within event environment
• Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities)
• Consumer engagement activity
• Distribute premiums
• Reporting (Data and Photo Capture)
• Answer consumer questions
• Must have sales-oriented experience
