Havas Street is excited to hire a Team Lead to represent a premium coffee portfolio at a modern waterfront private event venue and working winery in Washington, DC.
Venue: District Winery
Pay Rate: $40/hour (W-2, before taxes)
Event Date & Time:
Tuesday, March 3, 2026
5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Training:
Online training (date to be determined)
Uniform:
Khaki pants and a classic button-down shirt
Required/Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Food Handler certification (required)
- Barista or bartending experience (preferred)
- Sales-oriented or customer engagement experience
Responsibilities:
- Represent and educate consumers on brand messaging
- Create a fun and engaging event atmosphere
- Distribute samples in accordance with state regulations
- Lead consumer engagement activities
- Distribute branded premiums
- Capture event data and photos for reporting
- Answer consumer questions professionally and confidently
