We’re hiring polished, energetic, and dependable Floaters to represent a premium running shoe brand at a high-energy consumer event in February 2026! 

You’ll rotate consistently through multiple positions, including but not limited to, front of house positions AND backstage operations, when needed. You must be ready to jump in wherever and whenever needed.

Pay: $28/hr 

Dates: 2/26/26 - 2/28/26

Event Schedule (You may be scheduled for one or all days):

  • Thursday, February 26, 2026 – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
  • Friday, February 27, 2026 – 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM 
  • Saturday, February 28, 2026 – 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM 

Mandatory Training:

  • Virtual – Tuesday, February 24, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • On-site – Wednesday, February 25, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 

Front-of-House Roles You’ll Rotate Through: 

• Directional: Greet guests, guide them through the event footprint, share brand talking points, and manage line queues 

• Cashiers: Process transactions and ensure accurate product selections at checkout 

• Runners: Retrieve products quickly and accurately for guest purchases 

• Express Trialing: Assist guests in quickly trying on shoes and manage fitting area flow 

You may also be asked to assist the backstage operations event area when needed! 

Backstage Roles You’ll Rotate Through: 

• Loaders: Load individual shoe boxes into chutes or bins inside the activation space 

• Carton Prep / Backstock: Open boxes, sort and organize shoes in the back-of-house stock area 

• Runners: Quickly transport product from back-of-house to the activation floor 

What You’ll Be Doing (Must be comfortable doing all): 

• Welcome and engage guests with energy and professionalism 

• Communicate brand and product messaging clearly and consistently 

• Provide clear directions to help guests navigate the space and shop efficiently 

• Assist with express try-ons and sizing recommendations 

• Process sales using a Cashier/point-of-sale (POS) system 

• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to team leads 

• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready zones (trialing, cashier, and directional) 

• Support event setup and breakdown (materials unpacking/packing) 

• Stay on your feet and move quickly throughout long, high-traffic shifts 

• Be flexible and ready to shift into any role or support area as needed 

• Retrieve and deliver products from inventory based on guest request 

• Follow all safety procedures and staff direction from your team lead 

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll rotate through multiple front-of-house positions and must be ready to jump in wherever needed. 

Requirements: 

• Are dependable, punctual, and thrive in fast-paced settings 

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available) 

•  Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for 8+ hours 

• Have strong people skills and enjoy engaging with the public 

• Are comfortable with tech (Cashier/POS systems, scanners, etc.) 

• Work well on a team and adapt quickly when plans shift 

• Bring a high level of professionalism and brand energy to every shift 

Dress Code: 

• Event-branded top provided on-site 

• Clean, professional blue jeans (no rips/holes), black slacks, khakis, or golf pants (no shorter than 3” above the knee) 

• Closed-toe, non-competitor sneakers (must be supportive and appropriate for heavy movement) 

• Bring an extra shirt if leaving the footprint during breaks

You must be available for all listed training and event dates to be considered. Partial availability will not be accepted. This is a fast-paced, consumer-facing role where punctuality, full-day readiness, and teamwork are essential. 

Chewing gum and being on personal devices is not allowed during shift.

You are a W‑2 employee of Havas Street assigned to represent Brooks. If you fail to meet expectations - including wearing the correct uniform, arriving on time, using approved talking points, or acting professionally - you may be sent home or released immediately, at the Company’s discretion, with no pay for remaining time. You may not speak for Havas Street or Brooks beyond provided talking points. The Company’s decision is final. Accepting this booking means you agree to these terms. Additionally, the distribution of shoes is not guaranteed as part of the assignment or compensation. We collect shoe sizes solely as a courtesy in case extra product becomes available. Footwear is not guaranteed in the agreed‑upon assignment terms. Lastly, please note that meal periods are unpaid, and rest breaks must be taken as directed and are off the clock unless otherwise required. You must remain relieved of all duties during unpaid meal periods.
