Now Hiring: Logistics Coordinator – Field Marketing Sampling Support (Colorado)
Havas Street is seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive Logistics Coordinators to support our Field Marketing Sampling Team for an exciting spirits and beverage program launching this fall.
This position is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, hands-on, and capable of working independently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth program operations across the Colorado market and may serve as our primary market representative until a full-time team member is onboarded.
Market: Colorado
Program Dates: October 27 – December 26, 2025
Training: November 3–7 (Virtual + In-Person)
Hours: Vary by week (must have schedule flexibility)
Pay Rate: $25/hour + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile (2025 standard rate)
Positions Available: 2–3
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support local field marketing activations while following all safety and operational guidelines
Act as an on-the-ground liaison, ensuring seamless coordination between the local market and central management
Manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, kit assembly, and organization
Drive to various locations to complete kit deliveries, pickups, and on-site event support
Maintain accurate inventory of all program assets and supplies
Provide logistical and occasional hands-on support at on- and off-premise events throughout the market
Requirements:
Must be local to the Colorado area
Strong leadership or coordination experience preferred
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
Comfortable driving daily within the market
Able to lift, load, and move up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
