Brand Ambassador – $28/hr
Team Lead – $33/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with the public, promote the brand, and direct consumers into retail locations
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and engaging brand presence throughout the shift
- Check in with store staff at designated intervals to track traffic and performance metrics
- Communicate key brand messaging clearly and confidently
- Create a fun, high-energy environment to attract and engage consumers
- Provide memorable consumer interactions and encourage trial and sales
- Capture required reporting, including data tracking and photos
- Answer consumer questions and represent the brand positively at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Prior brand ambassador, retail, or guerrilla marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching consumers
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift marketing materials
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
