Havas Street is hiring HIGH-ENERGY, ENGAGING Brand Ambassadors and a Team Lead to support an exciting in-store promotional activation for a wireless carrier in Westminster, Colorado.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy interacting with the public, creating excitement around a brand, and delivering memorable consumer experiences.

Location

Westminster, CO

Pay Rate

  • Brand Ambassador: $28/hour
  • Team Lead: $33/hour

Activation Dates & Hours

  • Friday, October 23, 2026: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Saturday, October 24, 2026: 9:00 AM–2:30 PM

Paid Training

Online training is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, at 6:00 PM PST.

Attendance at training is required. Final details will be confirmed.

Staffing Needs

  • 1 Team Lead
  • 3 Brand Ambassadors

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with consumers and promote the brand’s messaging.
  • Create a fun, energetic atmosphere within the retail environment.
  • Facilitate consumer engagement activities.
  • Distribute promotional items and flyers.
  • Deliver memorable and positive consumer interactions.
  • Encourage product trial and help drive sales.
  • Answer consumer questions and communicate key brand messaging.
  • Capture required event reporting, including photos and data.
  • Direct consumers into the retail location as needed.

Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Support on-site team coordination and event execution.
  • Communicate instructions and expectations to team members.
  • Help maintain a professional, energetic, and engaging brand presence.
  • Support consumer engagement activities and reporting.
  • Communicate any on-site updates or issues to the appropriate contact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous brand ambassador, retail, promotional, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching consumers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Comfortable standing and interacting with consumers throughout the shift.
  • Ability to follow event instructions and complete required reporting.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred for Team Lead applicants.

Uniform

  • Arrive in all black.
  • Wear comfortable, plain walking shoes.
  • Branded shirt will be provided onsite.
