Havas Street is seeking energetic, reliable, and outgoing Team Leads to oversee exciting promotional events for nationally recognized spirits brands. If you enjoy leading teams, engaging with consumers, and creating memorable brand experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation
- Team Lead: $36/hour
- Limited-Time Bonus: Earn an additional $75 for eligible Colorado events!
Hiring Throughout Colorado
We're currently hiring Team Leads in and around:
- Denver
- Colorado Springs
- Boulder
- Fort Collins
Flexible Event Schedule
- Ongoing weekend and weekday opportunities
- Thursday–Sunday scheduling
- Flexible 2–4 hour shifts
Sample Shift Times
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Team Lead Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and support Brand Ambassadors during promotional events
- Represent premium spirits brands through engaging consumer sampling experiences
- Ensure events are executed according to client standards
- Manage event inventory and supplies
- Pick up and transport event materials from the designated warehouse
- Submit event reports, photos, and recaps after each event
- Communicate directly with the Client Manager and resolve onsite issues as needed
- Educate consumers on featured products while driving brand awareness and product trial
Paid Training
Complete a paid virtual Zoom training (approximately 2 hours) at $34/hour before your first event.
Dress Code
Business casual, all black, unless branded apparel is provided.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation with the ability to transport event materials
- Comfortable leading a team and managing event execution
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Promotional, event marketing, retail, hospitality, or alcohol sampling experience preferred
- ABT and/or TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain before working events)
- Access to a folding table, black tablecloth, and ice bucket is a plus
