Join us for an exciting, high-end hospitality activation representing a premium coffee brand at the Hyatt Hype 2025 Summit in Las Vegas! We’re looking for polished, professional talent to deliver an exceptional on-site experience.

Rio Hotel

3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

Event Dates & Times:

Tuesday, November 11 – Times TBD (approx. 4 hours)

Wednesday, November 12 – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Thursday, November 13 – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Available Roles:

Team Lead – $44/hour

Brand Ambassador – $40/hour

(Preference for candidates available all three days)

Team Lead Responsibilities:

- Lead by example with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Communicate effectively with team and client

- Manage event flow, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth execution

- Complete daily recap and photo reports

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable service

- Support product sampling and machine demonstrations

- Engage attendees with premium product education and key brand messaging

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated setup

Ideal Background:

- Previous experience in coffee service, barista work, event sampling, or hospitality

- Familiarity with premium coffee machines or on-premise beverage activations is a plus

- Outgoing, polished, and reliable demeanor with strong customer service skills

Attire: Business casual – white polo, khakis, and branded apron (provided)

Additional Details:

Brand training and event guide will be provided

Virtual Zoom training date TBD

Event Objectives:

- Engage with conference attendees in a high-energy, corporate environment

- Set up, prepare, and operate coffee machines

- Deliver exceptional customer service and product sampling

- Maintain an elevated and professional presentation throughout the event
