Specific Activation Dates:
Paid Training Wed, October 22, 2025: 6 PM
Friday, October 24, 2025: 2:00 PM - 6 PM
Saturday, October 25, 2025: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Pay Rate: Brand Ambassadors: $28/hr Team Leads: $33/hr

What to Expect:
- Travel to events in Philadelphia, PA
- Set up an engaging branded activation space
- Create a fun, high-energy vibe
- Educate consumers on brand features and offerings
- Communicate key messaging clearly and enthusiastically
- Facilitate consumer engagement activities
- Distribute branded giveaways and premiums
- Provide memorable consumer interactions that leave a lasting impression
- Answer consumer questions
- Set up and tear down event assets
- Possible transportation of assets (drive time and mileage reimbursed if requirements met)
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Be local to the Philadelphia, PA area
- Team Leads will additionally oversee staff, ensure smooth operations, and report on event performance
Requirements:
- Ages 18+ Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with diverse crowds
- Ability to stand for 4.5-hour shifts and manage setup/teardown tasks
- No specific certifications required, but prior event or brand ambassador experience is a bonus
- Training: 1-hour paid virtual Teams training
